Any practitioner having at least 3 years experience in any branch of alternative medicines.
OR
Diploma and / or Degree holders of the Open International University for Alternative Medicines / Indian Board of Alternative Medicines.
OR
Diploma and / or Degree holders of any authentic institution . |
| Minimum Age: Applicants for registration who are not Diploma or Degree holders of the Open International University for Alternative Medicines / Indian Board of Alternative Medicines should be a minimum of 21 years . . |
Requirements:
1. Three passport size photographs.
2. An Experience Certificate of at least 3 years from a Registered Doctor/MLA/ MP/Sarpanch/Gazetted Officer
Or
1. A photo copy of the Diploma /Degree awarded by the University or any authentic institution.
2. A Character Certificate from a respectable person.
